    If you have never tried yoga and would like to get into a practice, this Try It Yoga class is for you. This gentle beginner practice is a great way to start your day and be introduced to the world of yoga The Town of Banff’s community Try It yoga classes provide you with time to recharge and stretch your body and mind. Feel the energy as you lay your mat alongside members of your community. Our classes can be as challenging or as gentle as you want. Mats, props and instruction is provided on a drop-in basis.

    Banff Theatre Collective We are a collective group of new-found friends who meet together to explore, play, create, and share the theatre experience in Banff. We are building a like-minded energetic community to create theatre and share information of arts and entertainment events in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. We offer free drop-in classes for Banff locals and those who are new to Banff. Come out, meet new people, stretch your acting chops, and get involved, or even just watch! Our classes include exercises in acting, improv, physical and devised theatre, scriptwriting, character building, movement, dance, singing, scene play, monologues, storytelling, and whatever else we can think of! Maybe you have something to share with us? We're always looking for new people to get involved and see what they can bring to the space.
