The stars are twinkling on the silver screen once again in Banff.

Film starts at dusk – 9:30pm/ weather permitting. August 6, 2010.

Join us to celebrate the popularity of Canada’s Rocky Mountains as a destination for feature film making.
Screening will be: ‘The Edge’, starring Bart the Bear, Sir Anthony Hopkins and Alec Baldwin. Bring your friends and enjoy this spectacular outdoor venue. A Burger and ice-cream concession will be located on site.

There will be more to see and do on Sunday, as Culture Weekend continues with the 7th annual Doors Open Banff event (1-4 p.m.). Featuring two new heritage locations, familiar favourites and an accommodation prize draw.
