In partnership with the Fairmont Banff Springs, learn a new activity every week.

January 14 - Learn to Curl; throwing rocks around is a Canadian past-time. Learn the basics about sweeping, delivery and throwing rocks. Flat soled boots required.

January 21 - Learn to Identify Wildlife Tracks; join a Parks Canada expert on a short hike in search of wildlife signs and tracks.

January 28 - Learn to Stargaze; Presented in partnership with the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada. Learn about the night sky, early star gazer and map maker David Thompson and modern day stargazing.

February 4 - Learn to Snowshoe; Very Canadian - learn the basics, go on a interpretive walk and stop for maple taffey treats in the snow.

February 11 - Learn to Photograph; use your own point and shoot, and learn the basics of flash, composition, white balance and the perfect nature image. 

All programs included in your park admission fee. Everyone welcome.
