Celebrity judges and prizes are part of the fun of the Heritage Swim Event. Assemble a team of four and scheme up some ideas for accessorizing your 1920 style heritage swim suits. A fashion competition is held with points awarded for themed costumes and the obstacle dog paddle swim-off relay race is held in honour of the Hudson's Bay Cup. This year's theme is Year of the Dragon. The event is free for registered participants, including the 1920s heritage bathing suits. Families are welcome. Friends and fans can cheer on the paddlers of all ages and skill levels on the deck above the pool.
