Special Event Equipment

The Town of Banff has a variety of equipment available for rental to those organizing special community events, such as portable staging, bleacher seating, tables, barbecues, event tents and safety vests.

Equipment is intended for local, non-profit, public community special events that take place in the Town of Banff.

• additional manpower /delivery charges may apply
• if equipment is to be left overnight, the Town of Banff Community Services department may require the organizers to supply security
• rates do not include delivery or labour costs. Call for estimates
• damage deposits may apply to some bookings
• equipment rental rates are daily. Multiple day rates can be negotiated
• all rates include GST

Non-Local: add 25% to listed Local, Non-Profit rates. Some items may not be available for non-local groups. Please call for details.
