Chili Challenge

Banff Royal Canadian Legion's annual Chili Challenge is back - by popular demand - at Winter Festival 2010.

Get out that secret recipe on Sunday, January 31, 2010. Prepare to wow the judges with your potentially award-winning chili. Entries are judged on:

• overall palate-pleasing effect
• heat factor
• presentation (including Chef's costume)
  

Banff locals know that this is one of Winter Festival's hottest events, as you get to sample the lovingly-prepared chili dishes. Then cast your ballot in the voting for the People's Choice Award.

Entries are limited, and pre-registration is required. The entry fee is $10.00 per person. Deadline for entries is January 29 at 12 noon.
