What is Ultimate?
Ultimate is a non-contact game consisting of two seven-player teams attempting to score goals by passing a plastic Frisbee™ disc between players.Players with disc possession are not permitted to take any steps after making a catch and are forced to flick.
Whenever a pass is incomplete, intercepted, knocked down, or comes in contact with an area designated as out-of-bounds, a turnover in possession of the disc to the defensive team occurs.
When a player successfully passes the disc to an offensive teammate in the end zone, a goal is scored.
