Yoga & Pilates
Banff offers an array of different types of yoga classes, as well as Pilates Mat classes.
Yoga
The Anahata Yoga organization promotes yoga, mediation and other transformational practices with benefits of stress reduction, mental calm and clarity, and physical well-being. Fees vary for series registration or drop-in. See

As well, morning, noon-time and evening drop-in yoga classes are available through The Banff Centre's Sally Borden Fitness Centre.
Banff also features the Harmony Yoga Lounge, located on the main floor of Harmony Lane.
Pilates
Pilates mat classes are designed to improve core strength, improve postural alignment, and enhance mobility and flexibility. Classes are available through the Bow Corridor Continuing Education program.
