Applicants must clearly outline the route/location of any film shoot, together with notation of start and finish locations and any other pertinent details such as proposed road closures, traffic detours, signage and parking removal.

Minimum requirement: $2 million in General Liability insurance listing "The Town of Banff" and "Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada as represented by the Parks Canada Agency" as additional insured.

The sponsoring group, their officers, servants, agents and employees shall comply with all lawful statutes, bylaws, rules and regulations of the Town of Banff or other authority which in any manner, relates to or affects the function and shall, at all times indemnify and save harmless the Town of Banff, its officers, servants, agents, and employees from and against all claims and demands, loss, damages, actions, courses of actions, suites or other proceedings by whom so ever made, brought, or prosecuted in any manner based upon occasioned by, or attributed to the event permitted hereunder or any action taken or things done or maintained by virtue hereof.
