Recognized for its commitment to the preservation and rehabilitation of the Crosby House at 136 Bow Avenue.

The Crosby House was designated as a Municipal Historic Resource in 2006.

The Built Heritage award was presented at the annual Heritage Tourism Awards dinner, at the Fairmont Banff Springs, on Thursday, November 16, 2006.
