Banff Heritage Award

Lifetime Achievement in Heritage Conservation

Nominations must include the following information:

• A completed nomination form, including the name and all contact information for the person submitting the nomination.
• A maximum one-page project summary of the individual or professional. Include a detailed description of his/her activities and how they have served to promote heritage conservation in Banff.
• Biographical notes for the nominee, including a list of projects or activities with which he/she has been involved.
• A CD with a 5"x7" photograph of the nominee, as well as a minimum of 6 color photos of projects or activities in which the nominee has been involved.
• Supporting materials (e.g. news clippings, letters of recommendation, photographs).

Restoration, Rehabilitation, and Adaptive Reuse of a Heritage Building

Nominations must include the following information:

• A completed nomination form, including the name and all contact information for the person submitting the nomination.
• A maximum one-page summary of the project, including the heritage conservation aspects. 
• A list of the project team members and their roles.
• A CD with a minimum of 10 color photos of the project, showing the project at different stages of completion.
• Supporting materials (e.g. renderings/elevations, site plan, neighbourhood context plan).

Please note that incomplete nomination packages will be considered ineligible for review.
