The review team is recommending amending the "Type 2" definition to ensure that a "trade" does not allow for the external storage of materials, or intensive on-site fabrication and construction (e.g. sheet metal shop; cabinet-maker). The review team feels that these uses are more appropriately located within the Commercial Services (CS) District. The review team is recommending the "Type 2" definition be amended to prohibit external storage of materials, and specifically prohibit the following activities:
