safe access points for loading, resulting in large amounts of stock moving precariously down public staircases, and products being stored in hallways and lanes.
In order to address the unique needs of liquor store operations, the review team is recommending creating a definition for “Retail – Liquor Store”. The review team hopes that this amendment would start addressing the site and loading requirements of future liquor store operations.
What does the Community Plan say?
"Establish commercial land use policies and development regulations to ensure Banff will continue to prosper"
