  1. Yoga to Regain Flexibility - 55+

    March 18, 2017, 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM @ 101 Bear Street

    Still hiking and skiing, but can't seem to touch your toes? This Hatha yoga course is designed for people ages 50 - 75. It will help stretch out stiff joints and enable greater flexibility. Learn new stretches that you can do at home. Instructor: Rick Kunelius, RYT. Drop-ins will be welcome after minimum numbers have been met. Session 2 runs from March 4, 2017 - April 22, 2017.

  2. Banff Public Library - Family Literacy Program: Once Upon an Alphabet

    Free parent and child (ages 0-6) family literacy program: “Once Upon an Alphabet” at the Banff Public Library.   3. Motoring Munchkins

    The Town of Banff facilitates a school-year program for children aged 1-3 years on Saturday mornings. This popular parent volunteer program runs at the Banff Elementary School from October until April annually. For a $2 drop in fee per child your little ones can meet friends, play unstructured games and ‘motor’ about in the gymnasium.

    Play chess in a safe and comfortable environment. These evenings will provide beginners with an opportunity to learn the basics of chess, from your opening move to checkmate. Intermediate to advanced players are encouraged to come as well - further your game strategy and play against new opponents for a more challenging game. All ages and abilities welcome!
