Noodle-Do is a structured play date with activities that are geared to 3-5 year olds but the target is really you, the parent – to teach you about the importance of ‘serve and return’ interaction between caregivers and children. Families will participate in various activities to help boost imagination and support children’s brain development. Mountain Adventurers is an outdoor program where students go canoeing, mountain biking, rock climbing, cross-country skiing and more. Led by qualified staff who specialize in outdoor recreation. Programs are held on PD half day Fridays following the Canadian Rockies Public School calendar. Registration opens on the 15th of the month for the following month’s program (for example, to register your child for the December dates, you would call on November 15). Register in person at the Community Services desk at Town Hall, or call 403.762.1251. This program is generously supported by the Pauw Foundation.

Make and sample delicious, healthy treats that will surprise your parents and friends. Cooking, baking, and decorating are all skills you’ll learn in this fun and educational class. For ages 10 – 17. The Sally Borden Building at the Banff Centre is home to a 25-metre pool, hot tub, wading pool and steam room. Lifejackets are provided at no charge. You can rent towels, purchase swim diapers and other aquatic accessories. Public swimming is supported in part by the Town of Banff. Get Out drop-in sports night offers a fun, safe space for youth to play a variety of non-competitive sports. Youth get to help set the night’s agenda, choosing their sports and activities or simply just hanging out. Snacks, beverages and small giveaways are included. For Grades 7-10.
