    November 3, 7:00 PM @ Banff Ave by the Caribou Lodge

    This night run starts at the Caribou Lodge and travels down Banff Avenue towards the Rocky Mountain Resort. Participants carry glow sticks and wear costumes for this annual race.

    **This course has been cancelled** This course offers skills, strategies, resources and support for participants who are moving through the process of separation and divorce. Topics Include: Common co-parenting challenges, Building effective communication skills, Navigating challenging circumstances, Grief and loss, Personal coping strategies for managing stress.     November 3, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM @ Sally Borden Building, Banff Centre

    The Sally Borden Building at the Banff Centre is home to a 25-metre pool, hot tub, wading pool and steam room. Lifejackets are provided at no charge. You can rent towels, purchase swim diapers and other aquatic accessories. Public swimming is supported in part by the Town of Banff. For more on swimming programs, call 403.762.6450 or visit banffcentre.ca/aquatics.
