Join other adults in this walking program at Cascade Shops. Meet by the tables in front of Second Cup on the main level. Drop-in. All adults of all abilities welcome. This program is not designed to be family-based, but babies in strollers or carriers are welcome (under 1 year of age). Pedometers will be given to new participants.

This workshop will cover topics such as how and when to start feeding solids, textures and other important issues related to feeding your baby in the first year. Babies are welcome to attend! The Basement is a new youth drop-in centre below the Banff Canmore Community Foundation. It’s a space where youth can hang out, play games, do homework, work on art projects, create music, or just socialize. There are board games, foosball, shuffleboard, instruments, books, WiFi and a popcorn machine. There will be weekly activities – rock climbing, skateboarding, bowling and more. Healthy snacks available daily. This program is generously supported by the Pauw Foundation. For Grades 7-10.

The Sally Borden Building at the Banff Centre is home to a 25-metre pool, hot tub, wading pool and steam room. Lifejackets are provided at no charge. You can rent towels, purchase swim diapers and other aquatic accessories. Public swimming is supported in part by the Town of Banff. Pool schedules are subject to change. Broga is vinyasa flow yoga for men and people who identify as men. This is a slower-paced yoga practice combined with longer holds. All abilities welcome. For ages 16+. No registration required.
