    Flow Yoga is a traditional approach to yoga that encourages breathing, flexibility, strength and vitality in the body while calming the mind. For ages 16+. This class is held Wednesday at The Fenlands from January 9-March 27. Free.

  2. Nighty Night Sleep Tight for Infants and Babies

    February 27, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    Discussion topics will include different sleep plan options, temperament and your baby, daily routines and schedules, the pros and cons of different sleep training methods, and resources that fit your needs. This workshop is for parents with children under 12 months of age. Childcare is not available, but babies are welcome at this workshop.     Children 0-2 are invited along with their parents, caregivers, and/or family members to participate in a half hour drop-in program that includes rhymes and rhythms, bouncing, active songs, finger plays and stories. This program promotes early language development and positive child/adult interactions and bonding.

  10. The Basement – Youth Drop-in

    February 27, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Banff Canmore Community Foundation

    The Basement is a new youth drop-in centre below the Banff Canmore Community Foundation. It’s a space where youth can hang out, play games, do homework, work on art projects, create music, or just socialize. There are board games, foosball, shuffleboard, instruments, books, WiFi and a popcorn machine. There will be weekly activities – rock climbing, skateboarding, bowling and more. Healthy snacks available daily. This program is generously supported by the Pauw Foundation. For Grades 7-10.

  11. Drop-in Public Swimming

    February 27, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Sally Borden Building, Banff Centre

    The Sally Borden Building at the Banff Centre is home to a 25-metre pool, hot tub, wading pool and steam room. Lifejackets are provided at no charge. You can rent towels, purchase swim diapers and other aquatic accessories. Public swimming is supported in part by the Town of Banff. Pool schedules are subject to change.
