I got a parking ticket... what am I supposed to do with it?

Parking tickets must be paid within fourteen days. There is a $10 discount on all time-limit violation tickets if you pay within seven days. See our page about Parking Tickets for full details of payment options (in person, by mail, by phone, drop-box) and procedures.

How do I get help with a problem or request service from the Town administration?

You have several choices:

1. use our online Action Request form
2. consult our departmental directory, find the appropriate phone number, and call
3. visit Banff Town Hall (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), and inquire at the front desk
