Banff Elementary School
Banff Elementary School provides schooling for children in kindergarten through grade six. The school's aim is to develop the students' skills and abilities academically, culturally, emotionally, socially and physically. The school's philsophy combines learning with ongoing development of discipline and self-respect that will assist children to become confident, capable learners.

Town of Banff Community Services provides out-of-school care programs for elementary school children whose parents work and require child care after school is dismissed each day, or on school break and teachers' professional development days. See:

Banff Community High School
Banff Community High School offers the Junior High program, covering grades 7 through 9; and Senior High, taking students from grade 10 to grade 12.
The Junior High program is designed to ease the transition from elementary grades to high school. It includes core curriculum classes in English Language Arts, Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, Physical Education and Health, as well as complementary courses in Instrumental Music, French, Art, Construction and Foods.
The Senior High program continues with all of the required courses and a select range of optional courses necessary to receive an Alberta High School Diploma.
