Community Care is individualized care that is planned, coordinated and delivered with our clients, their caregivers and our team.
 
The Banff Community Health Centre's community care programs and services include:

• Direct nursing care
• Palliative care / comfortable death
• Respite care and personal care
• Home parenteral (I.V.) therapy
• Client advocacy
• Aids to daily living
• Health monitoring
• Health promotion
• Promotion of independent living
• Hands-on rehabilitation
• Assessment for entry to continuing care facilities
• Adult day support
• Liaison with hospitals
• Support groups
• Wellness clinics
• Leisure activity and exercise programs
• Developmental assessments

Bow Corridor Volunteer Program

Opportunities to work with seniors (walking programs, Community Kitchen, one-to-one visiting in homes, etc.) and public health programs (immunization, cooking circles, P.A.R.T.Y. Program, etc.).
