The Banff Health Unit's public health programs include:Public Health Nursing
- Healthy growth and development throughout the lifespan.
- Health promotion, disease and injury prevention for children, youth and adults.
- Investigation and follow-up of clients with communicable disease as mandated under the Public Health Act.
- Promotion of healthy sexual and reproductive health with resources, sexual health counselling,and education in schools, community groups and professionals.
International Travel Clinic

- Travel vaccines including Yellow Fever vaccine

Sexual Health "ASK" Clinic

- P.A.R.T.Y. (Prevent Alcohol and Risk Related Trauma in Youth)
Community Nutrition
Provides wellness and/or illness focused nutrition education and counselling for individuals or groups (i.e. healthy vegetarian diets, latest fad diets, body image and nutrition issues, etc.)School Nurse program
