Words to Live By

Words to Live By is Banff's code of conduct. Created through community focus groups, the code outlines the way in which we respect each other and our environment, how we behave in public, with our family, our friends, our neighbours and our visitors. It's how we hope our visitors will conduct themselves while visiting our National Park.

Employers

• Include with staff contracts
• Orientation handout
• Post on staff notice boards (lunch rooms, staff accommodation)

Businesses

• Post in high traffic areas where customers frequent (e.g. lobbies, washrooms)

Landlords

• Attach copy to lease agreement
