A healthy, sustainable community is one that offers comfortable, affordable supply of housing for all its residents.

To create and manage this supply, the Town of Banff created the Banff Housing Corporation (BHC), a non-profit organization whose sole shareholder is the Town of Banff. The BHC is governed by a board of directors who meet regularly to oversee the business of the corporation.
