BHC Home Sale Process

The following documents outline the process of sale for the two types of properties in the Banff Housing Corporation's portfolio.

Please find below a copy of the BHC’s  Registered Resale List application. Please note that completed applications (pg. 5,6,7) must be returned to the front desk of Town Hall (110 Bear Street Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. except holidays) along with a non-refundable $50 application fee. Payments must be made by either cash or cheque.
