Spray River Trailhead to Upper Hot Springs: 1.8 km, 175 m elevation gain (45 – 55 mins)
This forested trail winds uphill from the Spray River Trailhead to the Upper Hot Springs pool, Rimrock Resort Hotel, and Sulphur Mountain Gondola. Along the way, you'll travel through mature coniferous forest that has been "thinned" for protection from the risk of fire.
