What could be more fun than going toboganning, visiting the science centre and cooking gourmet food with a chef?
Kids' Kampus dates vary throughout the school year. The program is available on Professional Development days (noon dismissal on Fridays in 2011/2012), as well as during Winter Break, Spring Break and Teachers' Convention days for children in grades 1 - 6.
Program Hours & Location
- Kids' Kampus Regular Program hours are from 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
- Extended Program hours are from 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Winter Break: Dec. 26 - 30, Jan 2 - 6
- Teachers' Convention: Feb 23 & 24
- Parent Teacher Interviews: Nov & Mar
- Spring Break: Mar. 26 - 30, Apr. 2 - 5
- Kids' Kampus care is also available for Professional Development PD days (Friday noon dismissal) from noon - 3 p.m., with extended care available from 3 - 6 p.m.

- The program is located in room 125 in the Banff Elementary School. Please use the Bighorn Street entrance.
Parent Reminders
In order to make this school year as enjoyable as possible for your child, we ask that you send the following with your child each day:- Weather appropriate clothing
- Day Pack & Water Bottle
- Rain/snow gear & an extra warm layer
- Special program equipment (a detailed list will be sent out prior to the program dates)
Allergies & Policies
If your child has an allergy, please share it with us so we can all be more aware. Please review our Parent Handbook for program policy details.Fees & Registration
- Registration begins August 2nd and is done on a first come first serve basis
- Payment is due at the time of registration
- Cash, Visa, MasterCard, debit or postdated cheques may be made out to the Town of Banff
- Subsidy Information
- Please review the registration policy and complete a waiver prior to registration.
- Regular Program Fees (8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
- Resident fee: $37/day or $148/week; Non-residents fee:$45/day or $180/week
- Extended Program Fees (8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
- Resident fee $55/day or $220/week; Non-residents fee: $63/day or $252/week
