Municipal Funding

The deadline for 2012 Funding Requests is noon on Wednesday, November 16, 2011. Council will hear presentations on November 21 starting at 9 a.m. Contact the municipal clerk at 403.762.1209 or municipal.clerk@banff.ca to book a time.

If your group is non-profit and provides a service to Banff residents, you may be eligible for one-time or ongoing municipal funding.

Submitting a Funding Request

Council considers funding requests in November of each year.  The deadline for applications will be advertised on this site and in the Banff Crag and Canyon. 

In order to be considered, you will need to fill out a Request for Funds and submit information about your group’s operating budget. Download these forms to help you get started:

Paper copies are available at the community services department at Banff Town Hall - 110 Bear Street.

Our community development coordinators will assist you with your funding application. Call 403.762.1254, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
