Glass
Glass Bottles & JarsNeighbourhood recycling stations provide a separate bin for glass.
we accept all glass jars and bottles
you don't have to worry about removing labels, but jars should be clean and lids removed
Please keep glass out of the blue bin for mixed containers.
Garbage, not accepted for recycling:
window panes or windshields, ceramic materials, cookware and tableware.
Note:
most ready-to-serve beverage containers can be returned to the Banff Bottle Depot for a refund, and this is the preferred method of recycling such containers. See:
