Snow Angel Program

Most of us live within steps of a senior or someone with a disability who find it challenging to walk in their own driveways and on the sidewalks.

The Town is inviting you to give a helping hand to your neighbours who are unable to shovel snow during the winter months.

Can you help a senior or someone in need by snow shovelling this winter?

Please contact the Senior Support coordinator at 403.762.1253 if you can volunteer with the Snow Removal Program.

Nominate a Driving Angel!

Recognize a driver in your community who has provided outstanding service to seniors.

A driver can be a volunteer such as a neighbour, friend, family member who takes seniors to medical appointments, to essential services and on errands, and to social/ recreational activities. This program also recognizes excellent customer service to seniors by other transportation providers including taxi or bus drivers and other driving services.
