Water and Sewer Charges
How are water rates determined?
The base rate is determined by the size of your water connection. Most residential properties have a 15 mm connection and pay a monthly base rate of $5.07. Properties with larger connections pay more. For example, a commercial property with 100 mm connection pays a base rate of $70.98 per month. All Banff properties pay $0.97 (2012 rate) per cubic metre of water consumed. Water consumption is measured by your water meter.
