Development Permit Applications Approved April 2007
April 11 2007The Municipal Planning Commission has approved the following Development Permit applications in accordance with Banff Land Use Bylaw 31-3:
- Condominium Subdivision – Addition of one residential unit to existing Condominium Plan - 440 Cougar Street (07SN01)
- Change of Use – Portion of commercial retail floor area from ‘General Retail’ to ‘Personal Service Shop’ to allow for a Tattoo and Piercing Studio - 226 Bear Street (07DP11)
- Home Occupancy Type I – Photography Mentoring Service - 216 St. Julien Road (07DP04)
- Bed & Breakfast Inn – 220 Beaver Street (07DP07). The application was approved with variances to section 10.4.1 (d) and (h) to vary the maximum number of commercial accommodation units permitted in an accessory development from two to five and to vary the minimum area of two commercial accommodation units in Cabin ‘Z’ from 9.0m2 to 7.0m2
Any person affected by the decisions, or any conditions imposed by the Development Approving Authority, may appeal the decisions by filing written notice within 14 days from the date of this notice.
