Development Permit Applications Approved
January 16 2007The Municipal Planning Commission has approved the following Development Permit applications in accordance with Banff Land Use Bylaw 31-3:
- Proposed renewal of a Bed and Breakfast Home (2 bedrooms and 4 pillows) for a period of two years - 427 Marten Street (96DP30)
- Proposed Home Occupation Type 2 – Space for a Violin Workshop - 514 Buffalo Street (06DP71)
- Proposed Four-unit Condominium Subdivision – 410 Squirrel Street (06SN03)
Any person affected by the decisions, or any conditions imposed by the Development Approving Authority, may appeal the decisions by filing written notice within 14 days from the date of this notice.
Forward the reason for the appeal along with a processing fee of $50 to:
