Banff Avenue Traffic Disruptions in May 2008

Starting on May 12, 2008, the Buffalo Street and Wolf Street intersections at Banff Avenue will be affected by the final stages of the Banff Refreshing, as our contractor cuts, forms, pours and cures new concrete for crosswalks. The work will continue for at least 3 weeks.

The west side of the Buffalo Street intersection is closed as of Monday, May 12, and the west side of the Wolf Street intersection will close later in the week. Once the concrete has been poured, the contractor will start work on the east sides of the intersections.

Banff Avenue and the affected intersections will remain open to traffic throughout the construction period, but the partial closures will result in some re-routing of traffic.
