Agenda packages are usually available on the Thursday prior to a meeting.  Draft minutes are posted within 48 hours of a meeting.

If you have question, or if you’d like to receive an email notification when agenda packages are posted, send an email to municipal.clerk@banff.ca.

Meeting schedule

Council meets the second and fourth Monday of each month at 2 p.m.  In July & August the schedule is reduced to one meeting per month. If the regular meeting falls on a statutory holiday, the meeting is rescheduled to the next regular business day.

Attending a Meeting

Council meetings are open to the public. They are held in the Council Chamber at Banff Town Hall. If you’d like to speak at a meeting or submit written comments, visit Connect with Council or contact the municipal clerk at municipal.clerk@banff.ca.
