Commercial Allocation
Commercial space is valuable in Banff.

Council is working to finalize the Town's policy on commercial allocations - what will be done with returned allocations and how the issue of transferability will be handled.
Now
A consultation (The Banff Summit) was held on November 26 to get input from affected parties about the future of commercial allocation in Banff.
Next
The results from The Banff Summit will be used in the development of Phase 2 of the
Banff Land Use Bylaw Review
. This review should be ready for Council's review in February 2010.
