Parking Tickets
Parking tickets must be paid within fourteen days. There is a $10 discount on all time limit violation tickets if the ticket is paid within seven days. Failure to pay a ticket will result in prosecution in the Provincial Court of Alberta.

- By mail: (DO NOT SEND CASH) send a cheque or money order payable to the Town of Banff to:

Banff, Alberta T1L 1A1Include your ticket or record your ticket number on the cheque. Post-dated cheques must be dated no later than the due date. Your payment must be postmarked on or before the due date to avoid late payment charges.

Appeals
You may appeal a traffic violation ticket either in person or by e-mailing a Traffic Violation Ticket Appeal. If you would prefer, the Traffic Violation Ticket Appeal is also available for download (
PDF - 65kb) so that you can fax it in or drop it off.
Appeals must be received within 14 days from the date the ticket was issued.
