The Town Manager, also referred to as the Chief Administrative Officer, is responsible for all Town of Banff operations. Reporting directly to Town Council, the Town Manager works to establish the organization's strategic direction through annual priority setting and ensures measurements are in place to track municipal progress.
As a municipality within a National Park and UNESCO World Heritage Site, our Town Manager works closely with Parks Canada to ensure the Town of Banff delivers on the goals and objectives of the Banff National Park Management Plan and the Banff Community Plan.
