Utilities

The Town of Banff's water and sewer services are provided by the Town's Operations Department. They are self-supporting utilities, which means  the cost of running these systems (including reserves for future capital projects) is fully funded through utility billings.

To inquire about connecting or disconnecting water and sewer services, call Operations at 403.762.1240; or use the online Action Request form.

Billing for water and sewer services is administered through the Corporate Services Department. Call 403.762.1200 for more information.
