   Swim at Johnson Lake or the Cascade Ponds
2. Ride your bike down Vermilion Lakes Road
3. Picnic lunch on a bench by the Bow River or in Central Park
4. Hit the trails running or mountain biking (see our trail guide)
5. Hike up Tunnel Mountain or Sulphur Mountain during the lunch hour
6. Ride around the Minnewanka Lake Road loop or up the 5 km hill climb on Norquay Road for a quick “fit” fix
7. Walk in the back alleys as opposed to Banff Avenue
8. Get grocery shopping done by 9 a.m., when there’s lots of parking and no lines
9. Twilight golf the Tunnel Nine at the Banff Springs Golf Course
10. Go to concerts at the Eric Harvie Theatre or take in a play in Central Park
