BanffLIFE offers an extensive range of accessible, unique and healthy lifestyle programs for young adults, ages 18 - 30 who live and work in the Bow Valley. 

Thanks to our many partnerships and corporate memberships, Banfflife is able to offer all of our programs either FREE, at cost or below cost. Our programs include activities that range from yoga and pasta drop-in nights, to shopping trips to nearby Calgary, to overnight backpacking trips throughout the Rockies.

We also run a free orientation called Banff's Best, which offers young adults information on some of the benefits and challenges of living in Banff and the Bow Valley. The program focuses on expanding general knowledge of the area and easing the transition for newcomers. It also introduces some of the cultural and geographical history of Banff National Park.  Attending Banff's Best looks great on a resume and is an asset for anyone seeking employment in town.  It runs on the third Thursday of every month from 6 - 7 p.m. at Town Council Chambers, Banff Town Hall, 110 Bear Street.
