Crisis counseling, fleeing a violent relationship, helping a friend with a problem… housing, addiction, social assistance… child care, healthy options… visit us – we’ll do our best to help you. Pick up your copy of the 5th Edition of the Local Lowdown, a free and comprehensive pocket book with tips for living and working in Banff and Lake Louise.

We offer immediate support and referral. Full, confidential support and access to safety is given to women and children in or fleeing abusive situations.
