Welcome to your new playground! Banff has no shortage of exciting recreational pursuits. From the most inexperienced enthusiast to the most extreme, Banff has something for everyone! 

BanffLIFE

BanffLIFE provides a drop in and mountain activities centre which provides economical and free activities for young adults (ages 18 - 30) living in and traveling through Banff. It's brought to you by the Town of Banff FCSS.

They offer a lot of activities, from casual drop-in nights to overnight backpacking trips.  Check out our Mountain Adventure Program (MAP) and film nights... the possibilities are endless and ever-changing. 

Check out the BanffLIFE Calendar of Events that comes out at the beginning of each month. Ask your employer for the calendar, or pick one up at Banff Town Hall, 110 Bear Street.

Banff has everything from the Alpine Club of Canada and Sally Borden Fitness & Recreation, to basketball, bridge, camping, and yoga. This section also gives you some ideas on where to get some of the gear that you might need.
