Kitchen Apprentice and/or First Cook - Pay Range: $10.00 -$15.00 per hour
Cashier - Pay Range: $8.50 -$15 per hour in many retail establishments. The starting wage for cashiers is at or just above minimum wage. Job benefits may include merchandise discounts.
Day Camp Leader - Pay Range: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour.
Front Desk Agent- Pay range: $9.00-14.00 per hour, depending on experience and employer.
Housekeeper - Pay Range: $8.50 -$14.00 per hour, depending on amount experience and level of commitment to a property.
Retail Sales Associate - Pay Range: $8.50 – $14.00 per hour. If the store offers commissions, the potential exists to exceed this wage range.
Food Services Supervisor - Pay Range: $9.00 - $13.63 per hour depending on the experience of the supervisor and the type and or size of the food service operation
Raft Guide - Pay Range: From $80.00 - $140.00 per day depending on experience plus some companies offer bonuses (e.g. $ 5 per day bonus) and Staff accommodation at a low cost may be available White-water rafting guides are self-employed or employed by specialty companies in river rafting. Many outdoor sport and recreation guides work from May to October and find other employment during the winter months.
General Gardener / Equipment Operator - Pay Range: $9.50 - $11.50 per hour.
Commissions are common within the retail sector.
Tips range on average between 5-20% and are common within the restaurant and other service sectors.
