Blended Emergency First Aid
This Red Cross blended learning first aid program is a combination of in-class and online instruction led by a certified Red Cross instructor. First aid theory is covered in the online instruction and skill development and theory application in the in-class instruction. This basic course offers an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home, meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Open to all genders and abilities. Ages 16+.

This Red Cross blended learning first aid program is a combination of in-class and online instruction led by a certified Red Cross instructor. First aid theory is covered in the online instruction and skill development and theory application in the in-class instruction. The course will cover first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. The course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Open to all genders and abilities. Ages 16+.

Infant First Aid & CPR
This class is designed for parents and caregivers with infants and young children. A certified Red Cross First Aid Instructor will cover CPR, choking and wound management and introduce the basics of infant first aid. This is an educational workshop and does not provide certification upon completion. Open to all genders and abilities.
