Basic Broths & Soups for Immune Health
Learn how easy it is to make your own bone broth using a slow cooker or pressure cooker (not required!). See how affordable it is to get multiple meals and uses from one chicken. Learn to make a basic immune-boosting chaga mushroom broth to use as a tea or a base for soups. We will make two simple soups that are great staples to add to your rotation.  Ages 16+

Leave with a solid understanding of some simple and affordable ways to reduce your toxic load using safe and natural products. Ages 16+

Zero Waste

Zero Waste & Plant-Based 
Join us for this unique health series, as we teach you how zero waste living and plant-based cooking go hand-in-hand. This journey will take you on a 4 week exploration to help nourish yourself and the planet with delicious and easy plant-based recipes, plus tips to lighten your environmental footprint by moving toward zero waste at home. Each cooking class will include cooking demos, recipe handouts and zero waste lifestyle hacks. The two other classes will help solidify the teachings into daily life with easy weekly challenges, and provide practical tips in the kitchen to help you incorporate more plant-based foods in your day. By the end, you can expect to know not only how to eat healthier, but how to live healthier, be happier, and have greater resiliency, as you align more deeply with our beautiful planet.  Ages 16+
