Lost items turned in to the Town of Banff are kept for a minimum of 30 days. Contact Bylaw Services at 403.762.1218 during normal business hours to inquire about lost items.

Annual Pet License are required in the Town of Banff. Licenses help return lost pets and license fees help pay for pet amenities.

Recycling & Garbage
The registration point for the Transfer Site is at a kiosk on the drop-off yard's access road. The Transfer Site is open seven days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. except public holidays.

All Town of Banff roads are plowed based on a priority system outlined in the Town’s Snow Management Map. Road maintenance is done seven days a week throughout the winter season

In the Town of Banff, water distribution, sewage collection and storm water systems are operated and maintained by the Utilities Department. To ensure Banff has clean, safe water for generations, the Town maintains a high standard for water in provision of drinking water, water services and wastewater treatment.
