This class is for all ability levels. It features mostly traditional yin postures with some flow to help warm up our body. Whether it’s your first time or if you continue to deepen your practice, you will leave this class feeling relaxed and reconnected to your mind and breath. All levels welcome. Yoga mats and props are available for use. Ages 16+.
