This Red Cross blended learning first aid program is a combination of in-class and online instruction led by a certified Red Cross instructor. First aid theory is covered in the online instruction and skill development and theory application in the in-class instruction. The course will cover first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. The course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Open to all genders and abilities.
