Date of Hearing: Monday, August 8, 2022

Place of Hearing: In light of COVID-19, in order to protect the health, safety and well being of the public and our employees, The Town of Banff is encouraging the public to participate in this public hearing of Council electronically by way of Zoom.

Members of the public wishing to address Council on the below public hearing matter(s) may participate remotely and pre-register by contacting the Municipal Clerk’s Office at 403-768-1209 or Municipal.Clerk@banff.ca

The public hearing will be held in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, 110 Bear Street.

Submitting Your Comments
A Public Hearing provides an opportunity for members of the public to provide feedback to Council on a proposed bylaw. Any member of the public may submit comments to Council at the public hearing.

Speak at the Meeting
Members of the public wishing to address Council may participate in-person or remotely and can pre-register by contacting the Municipal Clerk at Municipal.Clerk@banff.ca Notices of verbal presentations received prior to noon on Sunday, August 7, 2022, will be included in the Agenda. People who have registered in advance are heard first. Presentation time is limited to five minutes for each speaker.

Digital written submissions are encouraged. Any member of the public may submit a letter, public opinion poll or other communication concerning the above noted matters provided they are printed, typewritten or legibly written and include the name of the writer, mailing address, electronic address (as applicable) and must focus on the application and it’s planning merits. Written submissions received by noon on Sunday, August 7, 2022, will be included in the agenda package for the meeting.
